The Indian Music and Dance Collective (together with Tabla Alba) presented a one-day festival celebrating the different performance styles of North and South Indian classical music. Each with their own distinct history, instruments and style of playing, the day comprised a series of masterclasses and concerts by leading performers.

This was a rare chance to hear and experience music from the South Indian tradition previously unheard in Scotland.
